The procedure commonly referred to as “Teeth in a Day” or All-On-X presents patients with the chance to undergo a comprehensive dental transformation in a single day. It involves the removal of remaining teeth, placement of implants, and the attainment of a fully functional smile. This not only improves the aesthetic appeal of patients’ smiles but also revitalizes their overall perspective on life. Numerous individuals grapple with serious dental problems such as severe tooth decay, deteriorating dental work, and fractured teeth. For such individuals, the All-On-X procedure stands out as the optimal solution, providing them with the means to attain a completely new smile and address longstanding dental issues.
This procedure encompasses the extraction of any remaining teeth, the placement of 4-6 implants per arch, and the attachment of a low-profile bridge to these implants. Typically, the implants are strategically positioned at specific angles to avoid the patient’s sinuses, thereby eliminating the necessity for costly bone grafts and protracted healing periods.
Your doctor will embed between four and six implants per arch, and during the integration of implants with your jawbones and the healing of your mouth, temporary fixed bridges will be installed. Once healing is complete, your doctor and our in-house lab technician will make your final teeth in either zirconia or acrylic, depending on the package you choose.
Most patients, even those previously advised of insufficient bone for dental implants, are eligible for this procedure. To navigate around the sinuses and leverage the sturdiest bone, your doctor will utilize a mix of straight and angled implants. This approach generally obviates the need for expensive and time-consuming sinus augmentation bone grafts. In your implant consultation ($99 deposit, credited toward treatment), your doctor will conduct a thorough evaluation to ascertain whether the All-On-X procedure, also recognized as “Teeth in a Day,” is a fitting option for you.
We offer two full-arch options. Our zirconia package is $19,500 per arch and includes extractions, bone grafting, sedation, and a 10-year warranty. Our acrylic package starts at $11,995 per arch and does not include extractions, grafting, sedation, or the 10-year warranty.

The procedure typically lasts between 4-6 hours, depending on whether you’re undergoing treatment for a single arch (upper or lower) or both arches (full mouth). Upon leaving our office, your new implants will be securely fitted with temporary bridge(s). You will wear these temporary bridge(s) for as little as 6 weeks to allow ample time for your implants to integrate with your bone and for your jaws and gums to heal, achieving a stable, long-term position. This healing period ensures the closest possible fit for your final bridge(s). Following this phase, we will commence the fabrication of your final bridge(s), involving several appointments over a 5-6 week span. Throughout this time, you’ll actively participate in designing the smile you envision for your permanent teeth.

Whether you are contemplating a single implant or choosing the All-on-X procedure, the duration of the healing period remains consistent, usually spanning from 4 to 6 months. Within this crucial timeframe, a remarkable process known as osseointegration occurs, where the implant and your bone meld together, seamlessly incorporating the implant as an integral part of your body. This smooth integration is facilitated by the use of biocompatible titanium, ensuring a harmonious relationship between the implant and your natural physiology.
